You have the right to return your product within 14 days. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Return shipping is completely free. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

We strive to ship orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is listed on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery is via PostNL mail carrier or parcel delivery person, Monday through Saturday. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Our clothing is produced in our own factory in Turkey, where craftsmanship and responsibility come together with respect for people and materials.
