We gebruiken materialen van de hoogste kwaliteit voor onze producten en gebruiken altijd 100% Katoen.

We doen ons best om uw bestelling zo snel mogelijk te verzenden. Onze producten
worden gratis verzonden binnen Nederland op dezelfde dag bij bestellingen voor
16:00 uur.
Houd er rekening mee dat de bezorging afhankelijk is van de bezorgdienst. Houd
de track & trace altijd goed in de gaten zodat u altijd up to date blijft!
Agios Mamas is niet verantwoordelijk voor vertragingen bij de pakketdienst.
Wat de reden ook is, u heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst te ruilen of retourneren. U kunt uw retour aanmelden via de bestelling overzicht die u ontvangt via de mail.
Zodra we uw bestelling verzenden, ontvangt u een e-mail met een Track & Trace-code, om uw pakket te kunnen volgen.
Neem bij defecte producten of een verkeerde levering zo snel mogelijk contact op met onze klantenservice. Dit kan via de mail maar via de Chat gaat sneller. Zorg ervoor dat u het ordernummer van de bestelling en een foto van het defect product kunt delen zodat we direct een passende oplossing kunnen vinden.
You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps you're not satisfied with the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want it. You have the right to return your product within 14 days. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Return shipping is completely free. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@agiosmamas.com.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@agiosmamas.com. We'll then try to change the order for you.
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
We strive to ship orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is listed on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery is via PostNL mail carrier or parcel delivery person, Monday through Saturday. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
