Exchanges & Returns

You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps you're not satisfied with the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You can use the enclosed form and return label.

You have the right to return your product within 14 days. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Return shipping is completely free. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@agiosmamas.com.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@agiosmamas.com. We'll then try to change the order for you.

Shipping

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
We strive to ship orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is listed on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via PostNL mail carrier or parcel delivery person, Monday through Saturday. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Can I try on your clothes?

You can make an appointment to try on clothes at our store. Our address is Keurenplein
17, 1069 CD Amsterdam. Make an appointment via the contact form or use
our chat function.

Where are Agios Mamas products produced?

Our clothing is produced in our own factory in Turkey, where craftsmanship and responsibility come together with respect for people and materials.

What materials are Agios Mamas products made of?

We use the highest quality materials for our products and always use 100% Cotton.

How do I find the right size?

Click on "Size Chart" on the product page to view the size chart for the product in question.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our products
are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands on the same day for orders before
4:00 PM.

Please note that delivery depends on the delivery service.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Whatever the reason, you have the right to exchange or return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You can register your return via the order overview you receive by email.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your package.

What should I do if my product is defective or I received the wrong product?

In case of defective products or an incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can do this by email, but chat is faster. Please be sure to include your order number and a photo of the defective product so we can find a suitable solution immediately.
