Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee this; sometimes products are out of stock, which may cause a slight delay in the delivery of your order. An indication of the delivery time is provided on the product page. Should we fail to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery is handled by PostNL's postal worker or parcel deliverer, Monday through Saturday. Generally, delivery will take place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
- Ordered before 4:00 PM, shipped the same day.
- Netherlands: Delivered at home the next business day.
- International shipments: 3 to 6 business days.
Cooling-off period/returns
You can return your purchase within 14 days, provided that all original labels, packaging, and accompanying parts are completely intact. Returns where one or more of these parts are missing will not be eligible for a refund. In cases where items are returned incomplete, we reserve the right to issue store credit instead.
To request a return, you can do so via the order status by registering your return.

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can register your return via your order status and use the enclosed return label.
I entered the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally provided a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@agiosmamas.com or via the chat button. We will try to change the order for you.
